Costume build from start to finish using cyberpyrots cold forged solid aluminum armor

So I decided to redo the cod piece. there may be a slight delay of about a week I ordered some welding supplies. The good news however is this will make the back plate a lot easier to create. Being a machinist I never really welded much especially aluminum I have done plenty of steel welding as seen in my Sterling SMG rebuild. Overall I think the end product will be so much better.

Is that a functioning sterling?

Some people where a little concerned about the weight although there not as light as the plastic pieces I chose aluminum that is super strong and still fairly light weight.

chest 11.4 ounces
shoulder 10.1 ounces

This the weight for the 5'7" plated
