Correct Screen Accurate Height and Width of Ammo Belt

Like the title says I am looking for the screen accurate height and width of the pouches on the ammo belt......and no, Im not making any

If I don't remember wrong, it is around 3.5"

The pouches on this pic don't look more than 9 cm tall:

3.5" = 8.9 cm
