Not sure if it sold or not, but here is an ESB EE-3 for sale. I think you have to message him to get a price though. I picked up some parts from him and it worked out great so far.

If on Facebook, look up a fellow by the name Andy Myers, he used to work for Stan Winston movie studios and he sells pretty awesome complete assembled ESB E-33's.
