My vest came today and as you can see, there are no shoulder pads.

I worked on the harness and the pistol today and also finished the gloves and handbacks.

Everything has been cans except the silver scratches. That is a paint marker.

I also had to repaint the cod armor because when I clear coated it it turned a frosty white.

It's the humidity... trust me, if you spray clear-cote in humid weather or if the paint is still damp, the clear-cote will end up all hazy. But no worries, all you have to do is re-clear coat it in a dry environment and you'll be good to go.

Are you using foam core for your gaunts, backplate etc?

The PITA visor is in. There are a few miniscule bubbles in the tint but it won't be too bad.
