I'm building an RA-7 Droid and need a chest and shoulder bell assembly. As soon as you've got some parts for sale let me know. I'm already having the helmet manufactured as a rapid prototype one off through a friends company in France. I'm aiming for a finished build in fall 2010.

Hello Alfredo,

I think you can use a dremmel with a sanding piece to clean the edges. You have two options: the brownish and hard tool (the one shown here

) or the white cotton-like discs (

shown on the right).
