Boushh Boushh full costume for my wife

Rhragnarok

New Hunter
Hey gang! Long time lurker here, never posted. I am starting a build for my wife to make her a Boushh costume.

I plan to purchase most of the soft parts. May make a few of the easier ones myself.

3D print all of the hard parts myself.

I have 4 initial questions.

  1. Who in your opinion makes the most accurate 3d files for the helmet, armor, and tanks?
  2. Where can I find the best reference of Boushh from various conventions or displays that have been done over the years? Basically anything that is of an official costume but not from the movies directly.
  3. Who are the best suppliers of the soft parts?
  4. How do you like to pronounce "Boushh"? Is is Bow-shh? Or Boo-shh? Or something different?

I don't have an answer to the 3d files, but I would be following this thread: Boushh Helmet Build
I'm sure someone has made a good 3d model by now.

I do know the best costume helmets would be from RS props (but they did a limited run):
and replica costume parts would be Clothears (NOT CHEAP and the wait time may be months): Replicas | Clothears Costumes and Props

I say it like Bow-Shh

You would think there would be a place somewhere on here with the images for Boushh but I don't see it in the media section. There has got to be a folder someplace

There was a touring suit in the Star Wars Power of Costume from 2017, here are a few of my photos from that:

This thread is a good resource:

Iron is also a good person to ask questions that you may have that may not be covered in his build thread, although he is pretty thorough in his posts.

As far as the pronunciation of Boushh goes, I have always heard it pronounced Boo-shh.
