OK, being stationed overseas I'm a little behind the times, but who else loves this show???
A friend told me about it a week or so ago and I've been downloading all the episodes. What a great show! I've been laughing my butt off for days now. :lol:
Very clever writing, and great, funny characters. What do you think?
 
It is great!!! I think that it does have one of the best characters on TV in Sheldon. I'm not sure how many people get some of the jokes, but being a nerd myself, I probably get most of them. Plus, all the great references to WoW, Star Wars, comics, science, etc. A++
 
If anyone has DVR and recorded tonight's episode, be sure to pause it at the very last screen (the one with all the writing). The creator has some funny stuff to say about Lucas and The Clone Wars...not to mention Indy 5 and Star Trek...
 
tonight they made fun of george lucus's, and his latest creation, The Clone Wars lol ShockNurse i read that everytime, but tonights was hilarious "PS. wto william shatner, sue us" lol

appeals to me on so many levels - comics, SW obsession, costuming, prop collecting....

was so glad to hear renewed for 2nd season - no spoliers! 2nd season has yet to be shown in UK!!
 
Hooray! Latest episode was finally available for d/l last night.
I loved it! This is one of the few shows I actually "LOL" while watching. The Star Trek/Star Wars conversations at the beginning were great. :)
 
Been a while since this thread was started. :) I still love the show, and I'm looking
forward to the beginning of the new season! I think the addition of Amy Farrah Fowler
was great. Her relationship with Sheldon is hilarious.
 
Even though I've watched all the episodes, BBT kept loooong flights to the U.S. and back far more bearable just recently. Re-watched seasons 5 and 6 in their entirety on those flights, and I honestly think the show has gotten even better, with of course Amy (anyone else remember her as a young Bette Midler in Beaches? Terrible film, but was even pre Blossom..). Bernadette cracks me up too when she goes off and loses the plot.. In any case, thank you Qantas, for making those flights more enjoyable.. :-)
 
I agree love this show! I have seen all of em, one of my favs features Sheldon being Sheldon and he admits his fear of birds. I just love when he dons the Fett helmet to do battle with said bird!
