Best colour forESB Boba helmet green colour

Hey guys,

I have used the Humbrol 78 and find it too(dark) greeny and want it with more of a teal green (lighter)

I like Testors MM panzer Olive green (as opposed to Pollyscale or Valejo). It behaves strangely under flash as well meaning it can appear very light like a lot of the exhibition shots as well as quite dark like the shots from the efx project.

I'll second the Model Master Panzer Olive Grun/Green. It has a nice mix of blue and green hues. If you want to lighten it you can add some white to it. It freaked me out because it looked pretty dark on a test strip, but in retrospect I hear the esb bucket in person is actually darker so it may be fine straight out of the bottle.

I agree that humbrol 78 just doesn't look right. Way too green.

I used spray paint; Krylon "Italian Olive".

I used Tamiya TS78 (Field Grey), which is pretty close.

I use Rustoleum Spruce Green. I like it because it's just a shadow lighter than Panzer Olive Green.

Hi, sorry for my delay.
I used a different one for the gauntlets. They were painted with Tamiya Acrylic Mini XF-73 Dark green. I think that looks better than the Field Grey.
