Armor question

Im restoring my Boba armor and It's made of Styrene. My knee doesnt have that dent on the edge. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to put that dent in it?

On my knees I had to make my dents and I took and heated a spot where I wanted the dent with a lighter until it got really soft and pushed in the spot with a thick marker to make my dents.
Just gotta watch getting it too hot as it will scortch the plastic melt it more then you need it to.

Did you heat it from the front or the back?

I did mine the same way as Lynn and I heated the back up and pushed in from the front.
