I went to our only hobby store looking for some Fett olive paints. The owner went on that he would not use Testors anymore and was carrying one line of paints that has a buzz in the gaming world (miniatures). Anyway their line has lots of colours, is acrylic based and a little goes a long way. They retail for about 3$US for 17ml and also have liquid mask.
So I bought a few (don't have much choice).

The paints are by "Valejo" from spain - "model color" line. but may be subject to availability.
