Pretty good job on the helmet so far, but I would recommend using some extremely high grit (2000+) on the blue of the helmet. It will smooth it out.

Yup, take some really high grit sandpaper to that light blue and wetsand it.

Ive already clear coated it all, and I dont really want to have to risk repainting the blue again. The blue is actually really smooth, its just the appearence of the paint on it. The clear coat will give it that effect, the lighting amplifies it.

Im almost done weathering the helmet right now, i hope i didnt over due it lol

Alright, well, REDBOY, your lucky, cause my camera batteries just died. However, when I get some new ones later, I'll get much better shots. The thing looks amazing in person (not trying to boast or anything, Im really surprised how it turned out rofl)

Some things to note, the helmet is NOT perfect. Some things I strived for on this helmet, for example, is trying to make the visor as flush as possible. Where mine is not, I made sure it was here.

The only last thing I need to do is get some washers for the RF's chicago screw, cause it's loose right now.

The flash reallly brings out the weathering, but I dont really like to use it :ugh:
