ABS gauntlet question

Hi i have order a armor kit in ABS and wonder how i should do with the gauntlets, the question is what things should i use to close the gauntlet? can i use metal hinges to glue on the ABS and magnets to Close it or velcro?

Has anyone ever tried magnets? I would think that a combination of Velcro straps on the inside to secure it to the forearm, and magnets to clamp the gauntlets shut would work pretty well!

I have a set of MOW gaunts that have a piano hinge and magnets for closure. If you want I could post some pics tomorrow night.

I'd go with Velcro for the ABS gauntlets. They're light enough that industrial strength Velcro would work perfect. And they should come with an overlap to allow for this.
