3M Duel Lock Vs. Velcro??

Had anyone tried using 3M duel lock versus standard heavy duty Velcro for attaching armor? Was curious if it holds better? I’m using Velcro for the hand plates on my Mando gloves, and it doesn’t hold all that well.
