I 3D print EE-3s but two things that require metal parts are the D-handle (although printed in PETG isn't bad for strenght). The other parts are the scope mounts. I get both from Blaster Factory. Blaster Factory
I would have to measure the FPH3 against the RS Props but visually they are really similar (no surprise). As a 3d scan and full fiberglass helmet I thought the helmet would be bigger on the inside and outside of the RS Props but when Rob compared it to the hero helmet he has it was clear it is...
The FPH3 is definately a recast that is down in the generations as you state but wiht the generational shrinkage is just unfortunately to small of a helmet for me which is why I didn't get it painted. The RS Props is again a touch too small which is amplified with the circuit board not being...
Thanks Neo,
What I find interesting is that there is such a size and scale difference between it and the FPH II. Comparing it to the FPH III is far more similarities. What I never got out of Rob at RS Props is why the stripes were painted PP-3 (yellow without fade) but only 14 kill strips...
So with no replies to this inquiry I will be looking to sell the helmet to anyone interested in an helmet with an interesting background. I will be preping the helmet for sale.
So years ago I picked up a helmet from TDH from a seller who claimed the helmet was from RS-Props. It wasn't their lineage helmet and I later found out that is was from the 3D Scan that MR had done that RS Props used. When I recieved the helmet there were thing about it that were strange that...
Eli. Thanks for your work on this and proving that a 3d Printing is a viable process in this forum. The increase in poly count really taxxed my computer to process. Tenth gen i7 with 32 gigs was barely enough. I understand why the original was kept at a reduced number. I am currently...
So some details on my work on the files that I modified from Rafafett as the modeler. I cannot comment on the size but I did not increase size of the model. I adjusted the size for what I thought I needed and I overcompensated when I printed it out for my head. I agree that this model is big...
So I continue to play around with debossing the ee-3 parts. I was able to find a font close to the original used and was able to create a cleaner version of the stamp.
As well I worked on the main grip housing. The issue that I ran in to was when printing the part in resin there was a...
So I always wanted to add the stamped information of the Webley and Scott on the side of the housing on my files so that when it was printed it would be more accurate. After some attempts, and significant patience, I was able to find a picture on the RPF of the stamped information that I could...
No problem. You can also find the EE-3 is at this link.

The main body was cut into two pieces to be printed on a Anycubic Mono X.
Continuing on with reworking some files. I decided to work on a high poly Helmet. Again looking to Rafalfett products as the foundation of these efforts.
I reinforced the ring around the inside and thickened the connection from the dome around the back. Thickened the helmet slightly...
I recently reworked the jetpack to now have the piano keys printed separately from the main pack. I've printed the file twice with the keys attached and it makes it very difficult to get into all the corners. Plan is to print out the body in FDM and the piano keys with my resin printer.
This...
Here are a set of reworked gauntlets.
So things that I did to the files:
Hollowed out the Right gauntlet so that the flashlight could be added. I also separated the hose connector from the gauntlet. The model that I started with had it built as one piece.
I added a couple of raised panels...
RafalFett thanks for that but you did all the hard work on these files. So I have uploaded the armour files today and will be available to anyone to print them out. A word of warning the back armour plate is a big file and took some processing time to work on.
I found that I needed to print...
