Ord, would you mind measuring exactly how long both helmets are from the front of the visor? Per Baruopa's measurements the RS Propmasters is 7mm longer. They suspect MF correcting the visor is the reason for that. Since you also corrected it on your G2 I am curious if your G2 measures closer...

It's very close. About 26.4. Nearly 1 cm is a significant difference. Adding a calculator board to the Minute helmet is going to make it a tight squeeze for my 63cm head.

May I ask how the quality of Viva Fett's kit compares to Wasted? I've wanted to get the Fugly kit for some time, but I'm a bit hesitant without knowing much about this new Viva maker.

Was it ever determined the lineage of MinuteFett's current offering? If his master is cast directly from an RS or MC G2 helmet, that makes the ones he sells a G4 right? Or could he have taken his old G5+ helmet and scanned it, scaling it up slightly and modifying it create the new one?

I'm referring to the color of the gap between the top and bottom right ears. I've seen some people just paint this area red while others go for gray or white. What should the exact shade of color be?

That is a great looking helmet. I would still prefer one to be correctly constructed (preferably with optional metal ears). So I'm only seriously considering lineage options.

Thanks for the suggestion. I just looked them up. It does look like a nice casting and a good sculpt. But the ears being cast as part of the helmet instead of separate is kind of a dealbreaker.
