If you have Armorsmith, I'd adjust the avatar to your four year old, import the pack to resize. That way you know for sure it'll fit.

I used Armorsmith to get the sizing right. You can also use a set of outside calipers to measure the area you want.

Many...MANY hours went into sanding it. I bought an oscillating sander, which helped a lot. I ended up coating the dome inside and out with fiberglass resin. When I got it to a smooth enough point, I sent it to a guy to finish it up and paint it.

Can someone who's done this give me an idea of the mixture for "MM Panzer Olive Grun mixed with the RLM76 and a little Humbrol 27 (grey) which is the final green tone." ? Are we talking 1:1 with the Olive Gun and RLM76?
