I opted out on magnets for the shoulders only because my arms have way more movement, more likely to come off. The velcro and elastic are a good combo (for me). The chest stays in place, the ab piece is attached to 3 pieces of elastic (middle and sides) allowing for a little flex when walking n...
Hey man! No, not dumb at all. So the epoxy putty is this Gorilla Glue epoxy stick. Stuff has about 10 min before it starts to harden, and when it does its rock solid. (And it smells like tuna fish for some reason lol)
The magnets I used only connect in one direction, so I mark with a sharpie...

Finished weathering all the pieces using oils. Installed the right gauntlet computer and whistling birds. Painted and attached the ears and rear vent to the helmet. Waiting for the oils to dry and will install the visor.
The chrome on that dome though?? Still need to clear coat it. Once that's done and cured, I can install the ears and visor and finish the paint accents on the ears and will be time to weather all the pieces
Was able to spray the gloss finish using the Spraymax 2K. A few spots to touch up and ran outta clear for the gauntlets. So I'll knock those out Tuesday when more of the rattle cans come in. Then I'll chrome later this week
