Fully scratch built esb boba

New Hunter
This is my first post here on the dented helmet, and I thought I'd start by showing my scratch build in progress. All pieces built from ram board cardboard that I found at Home Depot in a 50 ft roll, that is doubled for thickness and shape. All done With WOFs templates.

Thanks man GCNgamer128, I noticed the dent was off after I already sealed up the helmet but if the rest of the suit comes together well I'll make a new helmet!

Yeah it's a start of a long progress man, Thanks Gregory! I curved the cardboard before by spraying it with water and rubber banding it.

Nice work you can always use fiberglass or just the resin from a fiberglass kit on the back side of the panels to give it some strength, cardboard is amazing stuff really (y)

Yeah cardboard is awesome man! Might think about doing the fiberglass to it. Thanks a lot Silverstalker.

Really appreciate that man. Funkyred

I don't remember exactly but I don't think it's 1:1 on the Royal Blue to the Pearl Grey. You'll definitely need the blue for ESB. Exact colour is so tricky to convey. Light is everything with pics.
