AutoCAD Templates (.DWG)

Hi everyone.
I'm finally on vacation and ready to start my Boba RTOJ costume.
I have a laser cutter aviable at my university to do the chest armor, gauntlets and jetpack.
Now my problem is that I need the templates as AutoCAD (.DWG) files
If somebody has em on ESB version I would do that instead.
I've emailed the wizzard but he hasn't answered. I also got some templates from another member but they are not that good.

Has anyone made you armor on acrylic?
I have a laser cutter aviable but it only cuts acrylic. Otherwise I would plot the DWG files and then put on cardboard and fiberglass it, since acrylic seems too expensive and weak. Or I could buy PVC (plastic) sheets and then cut them manually...
What do you think?
