Looking really good! If I may recommend something. I still need to do this to my Jango and it bugs the heck out of me that I didn't catch it before. I didn't trim the bottoms of my shin armor pieces shorter with an upward curve so that they didn't hang over my boot armor pieces. Check your image references to see what I mean. Before you sew on any velcro or make your attachment system, make sure that your shin armor will sit nicely over your shin allowing a little bit of space between it and the boot armor. I'm 6 feet tall and even then my shin armor was still too long after trimming the excess material from the pulls. This is a common mistake among us Jangos. One of these days I'll get around to finishing the details on mine.
It's all looking good man! I'm in the middle of putting together a BKBT helmet myself, I can only hope that my visor will look as good as yours when it's in. The weathering to your pouches and holsters makes a big time difference-nice job on that Keep us posted.
