I used 3-D printed parts and and some aluminum. I squeezed the tube in a vice. It is not quite the right elliptical shape, but I like the look and feel of real metal. The bit on the back was done on a lathe, Like all my Fett parts, it's a work in progress.

-I used the ball end of a couple pop rivets to create the look of an aluminum rod through the back and made a new aluminum trigger. Used a spring to make it operational.

Fiberglass holster build. I started with Tool Guy's pepakura file, but did a lot of altering

Got it painted. May dull it down. Still needs rubber straps.

I can take some measurements shortly but that came out really nice!

Tube was too small took it apart. put in two new sizes of PVC pipe sections, moved the shield improved details.

I will improve this with a better belt loop when I find one, and other tweaks.
