I have no business posting on this thread since I didn't order a pair, but maybe someone could do a well being check with him. I'm thinking someone who has order a pair of boots from him before, and has received them and still has the box which it came from. I'm sure it had a return address on it.
I for me dont have that box anymore.

just got off the phone with paypal & told them of the situation. they say if all of us who have paid with paypal file claims against him they will get working with us regardless of the 45 day limit as there are so many people and so much money changing hands.
i have filed my claim
The same day that I filed my claim, they closed the case: See copied information from PayPal site

Mar. 30, 2009 - PayPal: Email sent to seller
Mar. 30, 2009 - Buyer: Complaint Case filed
Did anyone else get this message? PayPal did not send me any emails letting me know they closed the claim, I had to check the Resolution Center and put in my claim # to get the information above. What PayPal did send me was a survey asking how my experience with PayPal has been! "Are U Kidding Me?
I will again make an attempt to contact PayPal via phone and explain our experience with this. We all must make sure we are all in the same page otherwise and contact paypal to resolve this issue.
...i for one am tired at the last 5 members dragging their feet. i say if those guys dont post here either way in the next few days or so, we move forward without them. all of them checked in within the last month. one was yesterday...
