Boba's Mandalorian S2 Repaired armor rattle can colors?

Hi!

I think I found the build I went to go for as my first try. It might be controversial but I love the suit that Boba fixed when he got his armor back. I bought a bucket a year ago and hadn't painted it, and made a Jango armor set for my son last year for Halloween, but I don't have paint gear so its all rattle cans for me. Any ideas on the colors? I should be more specific, looking for colors ideas for helmet and armor.

Looks like two layers in the flight suit, both black. and a black balaclava wound under the helmet?

Looks like a robe over harem pants or something, there have been a few folks who have used spray cans over the years.. the information is here, somewhere in the countless threads.

Going to research it personally as I look to do the same

A few more screenshots for inspiration, but the lighting is rarely good. I think the outdoor shots in the first set is as good as I'll get.

I can't tell if its a full black flight suit or just black underlayer. The chest armor looks like its attached to a quilted black flack jacket but the shoulders aren't. No cape anymore, but instead a black tattered kilt?

I like the idea of a kilt. That'd be awesome. As long as theres something ounderneath still...

In Expanded Universe Mandos, there is actually something called the "Kama". Which is also what the ARC Clones wear. Reminds me.

About reference images: Try and look at the behind the scenes footage. There might be some yet unseen angles or more neutral lighting.

Looks good to my eyes. Green may be a little dark compared to the screenshots above.

Paint - Gray Primer (Rustoleum) - for all parts - Home Depot
Paint - Metallic Silver (Rustoleum) - for all parts - Home Depot
Paint - Striping Yellow (Rustoleum) - for shoulders/knees - Home Depot
Paint - Hunt Club Green (Rustoleum) - for armor - Home Depot
Paint - Claret Wine (Rustoleum) - for gauntlets (sprayed over black) - Home Depot
Paint - Orange (Rustoleum) - misted over shoulders/knees - Home Depot
Paint - Matte Clear Coat (Rustoleum) - Home Depot

Unlike the ROTJ (and again to my untrained eyes) looks like the green in the helmet is now matched to the green in the chest armor. Clearly not true in ROTJ helmet. Claret now appears to match from gauntlet to mask as well. I still need to find the rattle can colors for the range finder, side helmet colors (baby crap yellow), and cheeks.

Since there seem to always be threads about paint colors for RotJ, I figured I'd create some search-fodder. At this point they may not even be available anymore. This is just what i like. This isn't "right". You might hate the results. The cans might explode, sending shrapnel into your eyes...

Speaking of the range finder, I somehow lost the fiberglass cover over the stalk pivot on the right ear. Anyone sell just that piece?

All of the above colors are pretty good. I’d say if you can find Montana Black spray paint, the color Storm is a very good green. I did a test repaint of my son’s Jango mask/helmet. Here are a couple shots of it. I used Montana rattle and for most of it. Storm for dome and upper cheeks, tag green for upper cheeks, cardinal for mandibles, Celtic for the back of the helmet. Working on finding a good yellow for the shoulders.
