Hello,
Well, I finally finished converting my Jango Fett Armor CAD files into standard GIF images. What a bear, there are over 120 sheets that make up the various sizes I thought I never get through them all. Also if your and X-Large the Boba Fett X-Large templates are now also online as well. These, like Bobas will print out on standard 8 ½ X 11 paper except for a few of the X-Large sheets. They come in four basic sizes, and I have included scaling factors to cover folks from 53 to 63. For those over 63 you can use the X-Large templates with scaling factors of over 200%, but you will have to print out the templates out on additional sheets.
Each Zip file contains 31 files. The armor files consist of 29 8 ½ X 11 pages and 1 layout drawing, some of the armor pieces have to be printed out on multiple sheets and then spliced together. I have included witness marks on these sheets to facilitate matching up the pieces. These files are nearly 1.5 MB each, so in an effort to conserve bandwidth these files are not full size they will need to be printed at 200% or you can use the Fit To Page print option. The one issue with the X-Large templates is that there are 6 sheets that require legal size (8.5 X 14) paper. So you will have to set up your printer to handle legal size.
The 31st file is a printer test page that contains a 5 scale in both the horizontal and vertical, Id recommend printing this page before attempting to print the templates to verify that your printer will not distort them. Just print it out and measure both scales they should equal 5 each, if not then check your printer options please contact me if you have problem and Ill see what I can do.
One other thing I should point out is that these templates are based on idealized human proportions, unfortunately in reality there is no such thing, but with the variety of sizes you should be able to mix and match the various pieces to make a custom fit. Myself for example, Im 511 and I will need to use the X-Large upper body armor and medium for the legs. So dont be afraid to experiment with the various sizes to achieve the prefect fit. Again if you have any questions please let me know and I help try to work them out.
My bandwidth is limited and it wont take long to exceed it, please be patient these templates will be online for some time. If there is anyone out there that would like to host the Boba and Jango Armor files please let me know as I am maxed out.
If you have any questions or comments please let me know.

P.S. I am still working on the templates for the knee armor and gauntlets for both Boba and Jango and the arena jet pack.
