Beware: Ebay seller Propstudiogabe

Disclaimer: Sorry if I posted this in the wrong spot.

Against my better judgement I bought a stabilizer from this guy from Argentina off of eBay. Needless to say I got ripped. He supplies fake tracking numbers and doesn't deliver. Just buyer beware, thought Id pass this on.

Starfortress is the worst, followed by slaartibartfast. Gabe/Evolution Props quality and customer service ebbs and flows like the tide. Over the years I've seen he tries to do right, but sometimes he screws up royally. Argentinian shipping options are pretty crap too, and that doesn't help at all.

that's not what i meant when i commented, i wasn't trying to defend gabe or belittle your opinion. i was merely stating my own on the situation.

In my experience / opinion Gabe at Evolution has some issues but will work hard to resolve them. some of his stuff is not screen accurate but is close enough that it can be made screen accurate with some modification (I can only speak from my experience and the images that he has on his site).
I purchased a Jango Fett jumpsuit from him, the first one was way off (measurements). The measurements that I gave him were correct but the measurements that he didn't ask for were way off. The torso was to long and the thighs way to tight (couldn't move). After sending him the additional measurements and selfies of me in the current jumpsuit, he made me a new one and shipped it to me at no additional charge. The second jumpsuit fit perfectly, I just needed to modify the front part of the collar and the back seam on the sleeves to make it screen accurate.
