Mannequin Advise

I want to build a mannequin for my Fett but I'm not sure where to start.
Has anyone built their own with success?

Oh yes. I cut up a mannequin and refiberglassed him in to a slightly more dynamic pose. Then made poseable hands.

Did this for my Fett, as well as my Planet of the Apes soldier.

there are about 20 threads on this subject.. :p try doing a search, i know Ive posted in about 3 of them at least, and I cant justify clogging up more forum space with the same pics lol :P
