Jetpack Harness hardware materials

I just purchased both webbing, and 4 adjusters slides and 4 loops. That should be good to create an accurate harness. Then I'll buy FMF's hooks and clips for my jetpack once the harness is complete.

Yeah, I wish I was around when they were doing that run! I see how it's finally set up and I'm confident I have the right materials now. Maybe not as close as Gino's but enough to look correct and at a higher standard than getting it passed 501st.

I just couldn't wrap my mind on how the tension and adjustment took place on the shoulder wraps.

For ESB what do you think works better for the 1.5 inch strap that holds the jetpack?

The only loop rings I have found that will work are a same 2" X 1/2" that Renbunda has found. The ones in the old photos appear closer to 2" X 1". I do have an old US divers harness that has two rings that are 2" x 3/4". I plan to use those to hook on to the jet pack, since those will be visible. It looks to me like the chest straps each have two metal loops that allow a sinch up the way old motor cycle chin straps did. Zoom in on the the Joe Johnston harness he is holding. I think a total of 6 loop ring are needed and at least on double loop in the belt.
