comfort and easiness wearing the jetpack

hello all i need seriously an help. it's so hard to wear the jetpack alone because i need to pass the clips from the vest to the back armor and after put on the jetpack.... so how do you do guys? it's possible wear the suit alone or i need severely someone that help me?

Its pretty much impossible to get the pack on without help. My wife or a garrison mate always assists me in suiting up.

If you could get the jetpack on a correct rigging all on your own, I would be super impressed. Mine sits pretty tight to the back plate and takes some muscle to get the clips in - my brother or girlfriend have to do it.

i don't troop without a "spotter" a.k.a. seeing eye nerd. it's impossible to get into the costume by yourself, and having a second set of eyes watching out keeps you out of trouble.

It is possible to do this under a few conditions...

1) You have the MoW flak vest and not the one (that's more movie accurate) that zips down the backside.

2) You have a screen accurate scuba jet pack harness.

Once these conditions are met do the following:

1) Attach the harness through the vest then through the backplate (without the neck collar on) to the jet pack. This is easier to do if you have two bottom button holes for the bottom rails of the jetpack to go through the vest (and over the bottom of the backplate).

2) You attach the harness to your body.

3) You fix the sides of the flak vest (which are velcroed) then somehow magically get the screws to connect from the neck armor to the back plate 4 times.

My suggestion...do what everyone else said here and have someone assist you putting on your gear...its much safer that way.

ok so it's not only my problem xD thank you guys for the infos
anyway like crumdum said there were possibilities to put it alone because i have a MOW flak vest .
perhaps i can study a way , maybe dress a mannequin and keep harness vest and back togheter and after study a way to dress it alone , if i found a method i will post it xD

tomorrow i post the way to put alone the jetpack like crumdum said, not impossible so !
hope can help some abandoned and lone Fett

that's pretty smart. my vest velcros down the back, so this wouldn't work for my kit. have you tried doing this with the rocket in place, and then attempted to put the chest armor on?

i'm remaking my armor that's why i haven't on my flak vest  however i think it's not a problem attack the chest armor .
i just tried connect the collar to the back with the bells and i did it easily also i tried with the rocket on and it's gone good too :) in my instance the hardest thing is close the flak on the sides because it's go under the back armor

Am I the only one who can zip up my back zipper without help? I can manage suiting up by myself, but I tend to be exhausted by the end of it so I always enlist help if I can.
