Made a little progress on my EE-3. Cannibalized some key rings to get the little swivel things, then some filing to remove a shouldered part, and some careful drilling and epoxy to mount them in my stock and handle. Re-purpoosed a broken binocular case strap for its pigskin, restored with some hubbard's shoe grease to make it supple again, and eyeballed the length at around 27". I sewed the ends into loops rather than tying the strap though itself so as not to tear eventually. Very happy with the results.
