Who makes the best Jango helmet ? Obviously “best” is subjective. I’m looking for the dented one version... I like a deep blue.

I’m currently working on a dented lineage version and I also offer the slightly larger bkbt/cruzer jango helmet. I would suggest painting it yourself to save tons of money as jango isn’t too hard to paint up. Just requires time and preparation!

I would love to see a lineage Jango helmets with the shape distortion corrected (all the australian lineage helmets have the shape distortion). I think RafalFett could make an amazing 3D version from zero. I might take a try too.
Lineage helmets have some shrinkage IMO, I think they're a cast of a preproduction Jango helmet, and BKBT was the first good fan made sculpt.

What’s the story with the Kamino Helmet vs The Genosian Helmet? The Kamino looks wide like Boba’s helmet, while the Genosian Helmet looks like The Mandalorians. (More sleek and not as wide)?

Basically the only difference that I know of is the dent on the arena helmet. But you can still see the dent in some shots of the kamino helmet. One has a dent and one helmet doesn't.

In some scenes hes not real.... Hes CGI if you look in the gallery theres a dented version in Star Wars the Exhibition

Some scenes almost look to have a rubber stunt helmet of some kind, like they forgot to swap it out. The Jango twirl being one of these, though I could be totally off base here. There's definitely something weird going on with it, but like others say above both exist.
Story wise it appears the dent is intended to be from headbutting Kenobi during the Kamino fight, but the screw up and weirdly show a CGI scene before it with the dent already there a little before that.
Interested to see the dented jangos ya guys come up with, those should be cool

Yeah I think that Stunt helmet is the one I’m referring to. It’s very tight to the actors head. Width is definitely reduced. It’d be accurate I suppose because it’s technically in the movie.. whether someone offers that bucket is another issue.
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about. This is not a CGI helmet; look how narrow it is. The color of blue also appears to be painted darker than the Kamino Bucket.

That was after he was trampled. I always assumed it was deliberate.
The Reek crushed the helmet and damaged the jetpack.

I’d have to respectfully disagree with that idea of it getting crushed. Before he gets trampled by the Reek he’s wearing that helmet. The only time he’s wearing the “wide bucket” is when he’s CGI in that scene. For example:
