The feedback is most likely caused by having a bad mic jack feed into the Aker system. I had a similar issue on an output from my phone to the AKER mic jack using a simple line level (2 slit male audio line) cord. When I got a proper split cord from the phone which seperated the mic and headphones (headphones had the line level cord go to the aker) went to aker the feedback went away. My setup is a little more complicated because I am using an old HTC Droid DNA phone as my voice changer phone with a streaming voice app I run on it...and I have my normal phone tied in (so I can answer calls). The system I tested works great, especially with the headphones I got. I hope this helps.
