Vbulletin is better in my opinion. I set up the PHPBB for the Imperial Gunner Corps and there seem to be more retily available intergrated features for Vbulletin but there both open source and the possibities of what you can do is infinite with both, its just a matter of modding it to do what you want, so perhaps I am just lazy... LOL :)
