When I first joined the 501st in 2004 I was living in Ohio at the time and one of my first trooping events was a small toy and gaming convention. And there was a gentlemen there who had all these exact same Boba Fett renderings in this raw large sketch format, I was completely in awe and blown away to see these images I had never seen before in such an original state, surreal almost!
He said that he had a job interview with Lucas in the early 80's and because Lucas had been so impressed with his interview, he allowed him access to these images, NOW, wether that's exactly how it went down, I'm not sure, but they were there in front of my eye's none the less and I didn't really care! :love
So with that said, it's pretty awesome to see these resurface and offered to the public almost 6 years latter, but at this point am I surprised, NO! If Lucas can put a price tag on it, he's got his pudgy little hand out to take the money! $495? Yeah Right!
