Sabine Wren Helmet help

So I'm nearing completion on my Boba (kinda) helmet and looking on to Sabine Wren. I haven't seen many tutorials or even templates out there and was wondering if anyone had anything like antmans Boba build? I've seen a YouTube tutorial on how to make one from EVA foam, but having just built a card boba helmet I wanted to carry on using that. The only problem I've found so far are the cheek areas of Sabine's helmet.
Boba's are way easier, Sabine's are only one piece but it's curved and bent in a way that card probably won't allow.

If there's anyone who's built one from card please let me know! any help is appreciated
