After building a Phase 1 Grunt and Rex I couldn't help myself when it came to Phase 2!

I still have more weathering to do and the kama needs to get dirty but other than that Old Man Rex is just about done. So for now the good Captain oversees my humble collection of geekery.

Thanks guys. Don't be jealous. I don't really have any of the good stuff you see in other collections. It's pretty much just toys I've been hoarding for the past 20 years. I don't have any cool props or anything. But I do love the toys

About 99% done. Not quite ready for approval pictures yet. Still need to weather the kama and add a bit more dirt. But here's where I am at the moment.

Please feel free to give as much criticism and advice as you'd like. I can use all the wisdom I can get to finish this bad boy.

Haven't really updated this in a while so thought I'd show you guys where old man Rex has been....

FINALLY got the old boy into the studio for a proper photoshoot.

Also spent some time at Star Wars Celebration Europe 2. I had the privilege of meeting Ashley Eckstein (the voice of Ahsoka on the Clone Wars animated series). I also had an opportunity to participate in the Celebration costume contest. Old Rexy actually managed to nab 2nd place! Guess who got first place? Yep...Boba Fett

And yes I did shave and dye my hair. The details don't just end with the armor. Enjoy the pics.

That is one bad @$$ Rex. The phase 2 is by fat the best looking one. I like how you dyed your hair, go big or go home. Fantastic suit, once boba is done I'm doing either a ph 2 Rex or ESB vader, haven't decided yet. My buddy who troops as commander Bly wants me to do vader since I'm 6'4" and 245. I would look cool in a vader, especially in 2 or 3 inch lift boots.
