Paint mixing supplies, what do you use and where do you get 'em?!

Noob question for the pros. I know that we have some custom paint mix ratios on a lot of the excellent paint up threads. I was just wondering what is the best way to suck precise measurements out of little paint tins? Pipettes? Syringes? Probably something graduated? Or do you just use a dropper and count drops?

Get some 3 or 4ml pipettes in bulk packs on Amazon. This way you can just grab a clean one while your mixing. Take notes like 10 drops per ml or whatever as you go. Just my 2cents.
