We do have pretty good documentation on that costume with all the early black and white photos. And some of that armor survived being repainted, so it still exists although scratched up pretty bad. Also Mario found some old polaroids from the Daydream days and several of the pictures are of the PP1 which ILM had sent them as a model to copy. They are not new pictures, they've been seen before, but they have always been pictures of pictures.
