As I've read through TDH, the one propmaker that seems to have the most complaints (by far) is the Prop Palace.  I've never ordered anything from them myself, and I'm sure everyone's experiences will vary, but it seems quite predictable that anyone who orders from the Prop Palace will have one or more of these same problems.


With so many proven and trusted propmakers in our costuming community - and we all know who they are - why are some of us still taking the risk on those who constantly fall short?  I don't mean disrespect to anyone, of course.  I just don't understand how some places (or palaces) are still getting our costuming business.
