At the moment, I can't provide any pictures. But it looks just like the helmet in wizardofflight's helmet blueprints topic. I'm thinking of going with bondo though. How easy is that to work with?

I took a chance a purchased a small can of bondo and tested it on one of my ear pieces. It was much easier to work with that I had expected and yielded nice results after sanding. The only problem I've found so far, are small depressions where I smoothed the bondo down while applying. I tried putting more coats on to fill in the depressions, but I can't get it to work. Is there something else that's easier to work with that could be used to fill these holes?
