That's right, Ego. I found that the mandalorian sizing was a bit large. I'm about six foot, but I had to reduce the pectoral plates to 90% to get the proportions right. (Could have something to do with gravity because the tummy plate was too small...  :facepalm


Anyway, the reference CD is awesome. I used TurboCad to draw the pieces with measurements taken from the CD by the ruler-held-against-the-screen method, then printed it out at different sizes till I found one that worked best. Just remember that when you see the armour from front on, add a little bit to the width to allow for the curvature. Try making a few in cardboard first. Have fun!
