Looking for dimensions of the ear pieces

Can someone give me either by link or with a caliper the dimensions of all the ear piece parts. I am trying to cut mine out of mdf and need the dimensions of them.

Are these dimentions screen acurate or there abouts or are they just your version?. Not that it matters just curious.
