Our objective is clear for this gathering of his customers who paid but not received the item either: receive an item same as pictured and described, a refund, or reduce the risk exposure to unethical business practices for our peers and young one. And not to target individuals' character or create soap. There are many life issues to attend to as well.

After what we have gone through, it is natural to be skeptical. And to address this, I decided to put up a name list that is open for public scrutiny and accessment. We can collect data, track, analyze and prove beyond doubt. But before this is done, I will refrain from any conclusions. Furthermore, it is also good for the seller that we publish a list, if all is make good, justice is done for the seller's reputation.

In general, keeping things private and fragmented has it's pitfalls in this endeavor for all.

I was given a post tracking number on the 6th of February 2007 which is not good for tracking and was told that it has been sent. If it is sent, I should be receiving it somewhere now or next week.

Let's be positive and give the guy a chance to come through, he may have been a victim of Murphy's law (where disaster strikes unexpectedly and maybe continously). Having said that, he has not proven the theft case which IMO would be easy since the authorities would have been involved.

Does the guy and gals over at the rebelsum and other forums know?

Peace
