When I made my piano keys, I cut strips of 1/8" hardboard the width I needed, then trimmed off to the basic length. I then used a dremel with a sanding drum to sand down the angle.

To get the angle, I marked off how far in from the bottom the angle will slope up. Then using the sanding drum, I sanded the slope from the bottom edge until it reaches the marked line.
