Jango Fett in Germany ^^

Hi fellows, this will be my WIP for my Jango Fett building.

First i´ll show my "shopping" list, so you can see which parts i´m going to use

Flightsuit: Bobamaker ORDERED 09/2023 / RECIEVED 01/2024

Helmet: a dented Helmet from Cruzer OWNED (and as 2nd spot, a 3D printed lineage Fett helmet) WIP

In the following spots i´ll show you the parts in images. I´m happy for every help or advice that you can give me

So this are the parts i already have, or which are on the way to me.

First are the Boots from CROW (got them on Facebook from a pal from UK)

They fit perfect and are awesome handworked

The next one is the armor parts in coldcast from DC Props (will arrive at beginning of octobre).

These are the gloves i found on amazon, they´re on the way, should arrive during next week

Any suggestions/ help/ advice is welcome

There will be a seller making Jango Fett helmets (most accurate you can buy) very soon, I'm sure you've seen it on Instagram...

You'll have to make the dent yourself to qualify for 501st standards with the arena jetpack.

I got it from a pal in our local public forum, he said CRUZER is making his order ready and then end, but something must be true, it´s over a week ago, and he doesn´t answered me yet to my request for a helmet.

Hello fellows,

a small update on my current build

The gloves were too small for my hands, so they returned and still searching for bigger ones.

Yesterday i got my armor parts from the UK

Next step is polishing the parts for the metallic look ^^

So my fellow hunters, it was a quiet time here, but now it´s going on further.

I found some alternate gloves on Amazon and they fit perfect to me ^^

And today i was able to get my Coldcast helmet from Cruzer from my customs. I LOVE this bucket

And he has the dent right in place ^^

Now on weekend i´m going to polish my helmet and the last parts of my armor ^^

Hello Hello,

just a short update to my Jango.

I took time on weekend and some 0000 steel whole, and rubbed down the armor, but the shiny look doesn´t came through

Comparison: left rubbed, right unworked.

Then i got a tip from a pal here to use a metal polish, so i got it in the store, and tried on my helmet

Even installed ear caps and range finder, fits alright.

Now i like the look of the helmet, just now to add stripes and the blue paint.

Happy New Year my fellows, hope you had a nice start in the year, mine wasn´t that smooth.

Yesterday i removed the tape from the silver areas and i love the result

without ear caps

then all set on

On the weekend i´m going to cut out the back parts on the helmet, then just the weathering and the stripes plus visor, and done is my helmet ^^

Helmet looks really good. I would of recommended cutting out the keyhole slots before doing the paint/polish but as long as you are careful then you should be fine. Just would hate to damage that wonderful paint job.

i know what you mean Kdogg, but that won´t happen, i drill a small hole in the middle and use my detail files so sand it smooth and silk

i found some tuning stripes in a local car warehouse, they´re nearly the same measurement as given in the CRL

Nice! Do we know what was used on the actual Jango helmet? I'm pretty uneducated on the subject.
