Ok so it was actually a lot easier to upload all of my build shots for the helmet to this imgur album if you want to see them please feel free to look here:

I will also upload a few of the shots below, for those of you that are interested: The shell is a 3D Print that my mate kindly did for me as there were an ungodly amount of print errors I had to fix a during the sculpting progress. I used a mix of bondo and this air hardening clay for the helmet which actually worked amazingly well. I was sceptical about how the clay would hold up during the sanding/painting process but amazingly it did so really well. For paint I just used autobody spray paint and silver acrylic for dry brushing. Weathering was done with brown and black shoe polish watered down and sponged on and off.
