ESB gauntlet flamer cables

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what these are, if they're wires, what gauge, type? Also can anyone post a better pick, showing placement of flamer on gauntlet, and the cable hookups?

Most kits have them made from resin or plastic. I made some from pvc a while back. No one knows what they really were.

That's what I thought of when I first saw it, that it looks like Romex cable. The type that is made for underground applications.

They have it st Home Depot as well as Walmart. It comes in several different gauges. It is usually sold in at least 100' rolls, which is way too much, not to mention kinda expensive. Not saying that is what was used, but that it bares a strong resemblance.

What about the hose on the right gauntlet?

For the right gaunt, I use clear vinyl reinforced hose - I don't remember the size, but you can find it at the Home Depot, etc.

These almost have the look of OLD old phone lines. Could have been a readily accessible found part?

I have some romex cable - flat cable - but it seems a little on the wide side. I'm probably going to make mine from some PVC.
