I emailed the website and asked them when it would be "fixed" as it's unusable in its current state.

I bought a "master cast" of a side panel from a guy on the RPF. He sculpted one for himself, and used to sell casts on the RPF, but wanted to get out of selling them. He sold me the master and said I was free to make casts of it.
When it arrived, it was in pretty bad shape. I had to do a lot of Dremeling and Bondo work, sanding, etc. I think it's about ready to mold and start casting now. Just need to order more silicone. It's going to take a half gallon to mold it. For reference, it's 12" x 4.25" x 1 3/8" on the "thick side".
For my HIC, I'm going to make 6 panels with greeblies on the "screen", then 2 more will have the "screens" cut out and backed with Plexi backed with EL for the "top" 2 panels on the block.
