So even though the armor was not 100% completed, and the blaster wasn't done...I painted the blaster and took them to comic con. The clone armor was a ROYAL pain in the ***. The biceps kept commin out of the shoulder and the shoulder bells continually fell off and we had to ask people to pick them up for us. The blaster looked okay. the led was pretty cool. the paint on the blaster was rubbing off on the armor all weekend and left huge black spots on the armor because we had painted it the morning of comic con. Ive attached a link  with a picture of us with the 501st Garrison Titan. My friend is the White clone grunt. I am the stormtrooper to the right of vader with the green lenses. so as you can see the blaster light effect looked cool, and you can also see that we eventually just gave up and stuck the shoulders in a satchel we were carrying. you can also see that the aerators are not in the helmet. once again not enough time. but I think under the circumstances and time pressure it turned out ok. I have some work to do on it now that comic con is over and hope to be done with it before summer so that I can get working on my next project.
