Darth Revan costume build (first build ever)

Hey yall, so I'm building a Revan costume, I need some advice... I'm on a budget, a pretty tight one. I was thinking about casting the armor with aluminum with a forge I'm making at home. Here's where it gets tricky a few days ago I was convinced that Revan had a literal mask, but then I went back and re-read an article that I had been very familiar with and realized that he had a mando helmet this whole time. Here's the problem how do I cast it with aluminum and where do I go to get good references?
