I don't think those longjohns would work since they're thermals and that would mean anybody wearing those would cook really fast unless it's really cold out.

I wonder if anybody with serious sewing skills could possibly modify some Underarmor type suits by adding ribbing with something like strips of foam. Of course it might just be easier scratch building a seat from a moisture wicking material but I'm not sure that you can buy bolts of that kind of material anywhere.
